I am writing you to thank you! Over the years my family, friends, clients and peers have inspired me to chase my dream of helping people improve their fitness, health and wellness. And somewhere along the way, something you said to me or maybe a question you asked sparked something inside of me to become a better personal trainer and health coach, to expand my knowledge so that I could grow organically and serve you and others better when it comes to fitness, health and wellness.
I am a firm believer that miracles and dreams do come true. Life can seem a little bit crazy sometimes but when I look back from time to time, wow it’s funny how things just fall into place.
So here I am at another point in reaching for my dreams and growing in my profession. I want to find a way to serve my “crew” of health minded people better, to deliver good and useful information so that you too can reach your fitness, health and wellness dreams!
One of the ways I hope do this is by sending snippets of information in a weekly email that you can hopefully find useful for yourself and/or share with others. I plan to include topics like healthy recipes, practical ways to improve your diet and lose weight, tips for healing the body, the latest info on natural medicine and much more. I'm also working on expanding my services by creating an online educational program that I hope to launch in the near future.
It would be great if you would help to spread the wealth of wellness knowledge too by sharing my emails with others. But I won’t be offended if you decide not to or even if you unsubscribe from my emails yourself. I totally get it if you don’t want another email in your inbox so when you do want to check in for resources and tips I’ll also be posting them on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Or you can follow me on Pinterest
Before I end this email I wanted to leave you with a little something to get my new stream of info going. If you’re a fan of salads like I am, then you might also get bored of them sometimes like I do. I got a little creative with this arugula and rhubarb salad recently and it was delicious! It was a refreshing side dish for my grilled steaks and potatoes. Rhubarb is rich in several B-complex vitamins such as folates, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6 , thiamin, pantothenic acid and has some of the same health benefits found in kale and spinach, plus it's in season right now!
