Just 4 years ago I was obsessively counting calories, feeling deprived when it came to food and frustrated because getting my ideal body was SO much work. My energy was in the dumps every afternoon, I got frequent headaches and my mood wasn’t exactly anything to be excited about.
I tried everything from counting calories to carb cycling to Paleo and beyond!
And then I learned how to dial in my diet and unleash the power of my food and mood by tuning into exactly what my body needed and shifting my focus from not what I DON’T get to eat but what I DO get to eat. AND I used regular yoga classes at Yoga Tropics Pacific Beach to help me tone and sculpt my body once I was putting the right foods in it.
